With over 25 years of experience coaching and mentoring young people, Wayne has worked with students from a wide range of backgrounds.

Wayne grew up in a tough environment and understands how easily young people can go down the wrong path without the right guidance. His approach is firm, honest and supportive — helping students lift their standards, take responsibility and realise they are capable of more.
